10 Unhealthy Foods Will Hurt You

1. Soda

Half of Americans drink soda daily, per Healthy Food America. Due to its high sugar content, soda is one of the worst foods for your health.

2. Microwave Popcorn 

Microwave popcorn is a tasty movie snack but contains dangerous toxins. Trans fats and PFOA line many popcorn packets. Highly poisonous acid.

3. Frosting has Bad Carcinogens

Frosting is nice but unhealthy. Hydrogenated soybean and cottonseed oils in store-bought frostings can induce type 2 diabetes, heart disease, weight gain, liver malfunction, and infertility.

4.Processed Cheese

Some cheeses are healthy in moderation. Velveeta and Kraft American Singles are unhealthiest cheeses. Healthline says synthetic cheese uses fillers to look and taste like real cheese.

5. Maple Syrup

Due to its rich, sweet taste, maple syrup is a favourite breakfast condiment. It's also unnutritious. Store-bought syrups have high fructose corn syrup and caramel coloring.

6. Brown Rice 

Brown rice's health benefits make it ludicrous to call it harmful. Live Science says it lowers cholesterol, blood clotting, and glycemic index.

7. Margarine  

Margarine, a butter substitute, provides some heart-protective benefits but isn't very healthful. The  trans fats in margarine can cause heart disease and other chronic ailments

8. Canned Soup 

Canned soup is inexpensive yet unhealthy. Canned soup has high salt. Many store-bought brands have 1,000 mg of sodium.

9. Boxed Macaroni and Cheese 

Some types of American mac and cheese are unhealthy. Boxed mac and cheese is high in salt.

10. Hotdogs 

US hot dogs symbolize summer, baseball, and Independence Day. They're unhealthily sentimental. The Globe and Mail says hot dogs have cholesterol, saturated fat, and sodium.
