Discover Winter's Hottest Hair Trends According to TikTok

It's true that fall and spring are the most beautiful times of the year, but that doesn't mean winter should be left out in the cold. Because the heat has gone down, now is a great time to try one of the biggest winter hair trends and break out of a hair rut.

If you want to try a new haircut or an unusual hair accessory for holiday parties, we've put together a list of the best winter hair trends and the tools that will help you style them.

To get Meg Ryan's attention, this haircut was popular in the 1980s and early 1990s and has been steadily popular for the past two years and is only getting more popular.

The Shag

All of them wore scarves not long ago, in the same week. There were also examples of this style on the runway at Zuhair Murad (shown), Giambattista Valli Haute Couture, and Sandy Liang fall 2023.

Veiled Beauty

A sharp chin-length cut is great for this time of year, but we love this softer look seen on a model at Brandon Maxwell's spring 2024 show as well.

The Classic Bob

Girly ribbons have taken over fall fashion, and the trend is sticking around for a while (see: the headbands at Versace spring 2024, here on Precious Lee).

Bows and Headbands

High, grabbed ponies were twisted into strong braids at LaPointe. A dramatic look that is easy to copy and can be worn with anything from a sweater to a party dress.

Braided Ponytails

Another updo option, courtesy of the 3.1 Phillip Lim spring 2024 runway, is this low chignon. Kevin.Murphy style/color master Leland Olson crafted it to look effortless, rather than overly perfect.
