Walmart & Publix Just Pulled This Nestlé Product From Their Shelves
Baking season is in full swing, but there's one ready-to-bake item you should double-check before putting it in the oven.
Nestlé USA revealed in a recent news statement that it has recalled its refrigerated Nestlé Toll House Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough with
Fudge Filling owing to the presence of white plastic particles. The cookie dough was offered in Walmart and Publix stores in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Nestlé USA announced the recall "out of an abundance of caution," according to the notice, after a limited number of consumers informed
the company about the problem with the cookie dough. The recalled items were manufactured between June and September 2023
and had the UPC code 050000429912. The code is visible on the back of the packaging beneath the barcode.
Despite the fact that no illnesses or injuries have been recorded, consumers who still have the cookie
dough in their refrigerators are encouraged to return it to the place of purchase for a replacement or refund.

"The quality, safety, and integrity of our products remain our number one priority," Nestlé USA stated in a statement.
