This cake is called the lazy cake. It's so easy to prepare

Ingredients:

– 8.8 oz of margarine or butter, – 4.2 oz of sugar, – 5 eggs, – 8.8 oz of cake flour, – a teaspoon of baking powder, – 4 apples or other favorite fruits.

Directions:

1. Cream the margarine and sugar together until they form a fluffy, pale mixture.

2. Add eggs one by one, continually stirring the mixture.

3 Stir in flour, and baking powder and combine everything to form a consistent dough.

4. Transfer the batter into a cake tin, roughly 9.4 inches in diameter, lined with baking paper.

5. Top the batter with chopped apples or other preferred fruits. If you opt for frozen fruits, no need to defrost them beforehand.

6.  Insert the cake tin into an oven preheated to 356 degrees Fahrenheit and set to top-and-bottom heat mode. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
