4. Using too much heat

Excessive use of thermal styling tools, such as flat irons and curling wands, can cause hair to become brittle and breakable. 

5. Brushing wet hair

Damp hair is more susceptible to breakage, so avoid brushing or combing it roughly when it is damp.

6. Using the wrong hair products

Using hair products that are not appropriate for your hair type can weigh it down, make it greasy, or cause other problems.

7. Neglecting regular trims

Skipping regular haircuts can result in broken ends and breakage, which can make your hair appear dull and unhealthy.

8. Not protecting hair from the sun

Exposure to the sun's UV rays can cause damage and dryness to your hair, resulting to fading and brittleness if you do not protect it.

9. Tight hairstyles

Wearing frequently and too securely tight hairstyles such as ponytails, buns, or braids can cause tension and breakage.
