Amsterdam Cut JetBlue’s Summer Flights.

The Queens, New York–based airline is currently in a federal antitrust trial over its proposed merger with Spirit and a

transatlantic dispute over the loss of its summer slots at Amsterdam Schiphol, one of Europe's largest hubs.

JetBlue began nonstop service from New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to the Netherlands in August, followed

by Boston Logan International Airport in September. Airport Coordination Netherlands (ACNL), which manages Schiphol's

slots, refused takeoff and landing rights for summer 2024 to the airline and 24 other newcomers, managing director Hugo Thomassen told AFAR.

On November 2, airlines were informed of ACNL's new limits, the latest in a debate over the Dutch government's Schiphol traffic
